[Hamara-announce] Hamara 1.0 (namaste) Release Announcement

We started a project almost a year ago. We have been continuously
developing and improving it ever since.
After this long and continuous effort, we are happy to announce the 1st
release of Hamara GNU/Linux (code named “namaste”).
This version is based on Ubuntu 14.04.1 and comes with the gnome-3.12.2
along with an overhauled installer.
We have packaged eclipse IDE eclipse-j2ee (luna) and eclipse-java (luna)
for the ease of java developers so that they can install the latest
version of eclipse by just running “apt-get install eclipse”

*Want to try it?*
If you want to try hamara linux without installing, you can use the live
image which you can put onto a USB stick using unetbootin or burn onto a
DVD using brasero. This will allow you to boot your machine directly
without installing.
You can download the latest iso from http:/hamaralinux.org/download .
Builds are available for both i386 amd amd64 architecture.
Hamara-1.0 can be installed on computers having the following minimum
system requirements

512 MiB RAM (system memory)

6.5 GB of hard-drive space
