Agree with that.  The easiest way would be to dump/share all the 
existing petitions and what not which are there on  the web, link to 
them along with some of the infommercials  (the AIB show on Net 
neutrality) and things like that. That would be good because it would be 
pretty much integration of what content already is available.

If we choose to however make new content, it will be harder as we would 
have to do some work.  For instance, what could be done is using the 
data from Economic  Survey of India (published and available each year) 
of the last five years and share their findings + Nasscom's findings of 
the last five years as well.  You will get graphs of both entities which 
show that software per-se has pretty much good impact on the GDP and 
more so with small and medium-scale IT services making much more of an 
impact as well.  This could also be used to show how much they would 
grow without any undue regulation at today's pace.

We could also use Akamai's  State of Internet of the past five years 
which again shows that net connectivity has stagnated or even reversed 
slightly in India.  While the numbers may increase, the rate of growth 
has been static or even slightly reversed than before.

The last could be showcasing all the profits of the various TSP's of the 
last five years vis-a-vis their number of customers. This could be done 
with help of  looking at various P & L's of the big five company of the 
five last years + reports on medianaama.com which also state the same.

The idea would be to simply state that even though TSP's have been 
profiting, it has not been to the benefit of the consumers and this only 
make them more powerful without any improvements to user experience.

If we go with the harder way, I could help out with getting all the data 
if somebody else takes the responsibility of making nice-looking 
graphs/infographics with that data. Because making data stand out 
visually is also an art, one I am not good at all.
