[Hamara-devel] bugzilla skins - better user-experience.

Hi all,
While I don't like bugzilla because of it's limited functionality,  if 
we are to use bugzilla we should at least have a better UI then what is 
being provided right now.

See https://userstyles.org/styles/browse?search_terms=bugzilla for a 
listing of few skins.  We could have a hamaralinux look bugzilla page 
but would need somebody making a CSS for it.  See 
https://www.bugzilla.org/docs/4.4/en/html/cust-skins.html for 
instructions of the same.

Look at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/ as an example of an understated 
style .  Maybe this can be done now or later but would be good if we are 
able to do something about it.
