[Hamara-devel] what privileges/functionality has been kept in bugzilla for admins ?

Hi there,
Can somebody share either a snapshot of the admin page 
http://bugs.hamaralinux.org/admin.cgi or give access to it temporarily 
to see what privileges/functionality has been kept for admins.

One such functionality which seems to be in admins control is to 
disassociate a bug wrongly marked as duplicate. I just did one bug 139 
to bug 138 to see the functionality and while it was able to mark it as 
a duplicate, wasn't able to de-duplicate it (or return it to its former 
state)

It would be nice if we are able to make most of the functionality in 
bugzilla open to users.

Looking forward to feedback and hopefully we all can make it better.
