Dear Amardeep,
It is possible I was not able to explain it properly so giving it
another go.

Let me take the bug itself so it's known what I am driving for.

The bug in question is bug 139

http://bugs.hamaralinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=139

As can be seen the last comment it says that it is a duplicate of bug 138.

After that I confirmed it again as the only possibility given therein is

confirmed, progress and resolved.

What I was hoping and looking for is another comment below the duplicate
comment saying that the bug has been re-opened or confirmed.

I am attaching the workflow of the bug as it should show.

You will find that re-open is not there and only confirmed, in-progress
and resolved exists.

I also do not have issues with it being at confirmed state, the only
issue I have is that there is no comment at the very end which tells
what the state of the bug is. For any person it would look like this was
worked upon and nothing is to be done for that bug.

I do not know whether that was a bug in bugzilla or what.

I will try it in landfill.bugzilla.org tonight and report with the
results for the same.

I hope I was able to explain the issue at length.

Just because a product is widely used it doesn't mean all the
functionality will be there at all times, it is known that Mozilla at
times does take short-cuts when pushing a product as they like Ubuntu
have to honour time-lines. I don't remember the exact time-lengths to
bugzilla but know it's there but this is an aside thing.
