Please let me know who else would be coming so we are able to do
whatever co-ordination we can do from our side.

What I would suggest is to do something similar like the duck challenge
that Debian did.

See http://blog.familiekainz.at/duck-challenge-at-debconf15.html

That way they have to fix or do something and is not a give-away.

What I would suggest is to let people install hamara-sugam, raise and
triage bugs and at some level we would give those as rewards for good
bugs raised, most number of bugs raised, most numbers of bugs triaged
and so on and so forth.

What do you think of that ? This would also add value to us and make it
quicker and easier to have a release happening.

Another thing that is in works is having Debian T-shirts/Jackets or
something on those lines with hamara and any other sponsor.

But even those would need to be earned either in the form of quizzes or
whichever way they show some contribution to hamara or/and team of
hamara likes them :)

Have attached the T-shirt design that has been worked upon so far.

I have been trying to get some more sponsors but at the moment it's only
hamara who has committed as a sponsor for the conference as of now.

Hopefully we would have a better picture of how things stand by the end
of the week.
