I think 25 mb is a fair limit.
An entire session with relatively good quality video and audio can stay 
in 25 minits and the video could be around 50 minits.
Of course there will be several takes on this with different tools 
having different compression algo and varying results.
But this is just my suggestion for the limit based on quite a few videos 
I have seen.
