This came on the 2nd page of financial express and 3rd page of Indian 
Express -a pink paper and regular paper from the Express Group in 
today's edition. What is significant besides the story itself is the 
position where it appeared. Usually such stories used to appear on 
8th-9th page, to be jumping on to the 3rd page shows the importance
being accorded by the media, people and government of the day.
