Hi Anant,
Thank you for replying.

Each has its pluses and minuses, both the blowback and rise on reddit is 
faster than on quora.

I am waiting for other people in the team to respond as well.

The thing is, reddit has much more of a depth as it somewhere 
corresponds with newsgroups of the old which means it requires quite 
some of digging and even after time it will still take you completely by 
surprise.

Quora is much more of a simpler community to work with as it's more of a 
Q&A site with tags thrown in.

Probably these answers would also tell you a bit about the groups as well.

About the subreddits part, I can confirm that both in the variety and 
number of users it's much much vaster and same goes for the wild part as 
well.

Also it's not a question of either but having both, just how and when ?
