The idea is to create a default theme.

I would suggest "Crunchbang-Black-Gold-Transparent" as a base.

It has a decent flat style - the taskbar icons have been made in 2 
colours already.

Looks pretty neat to me.

Next step would be to give that to on of our designers and see what they 
come up with.
