[Hamara-devel] the IRC client part on the wiki

Hi all,
On the IRC client wiki article, I have decided to work on using polari 
(which is part of the GNOME 'not invented here' paradigm, for number of 
years they were big on pidgin but not so for last couple of years)

While Aparna will be documenting whatever IRC client is recommended for 
the LXDE desktop.

We will be sharing a fake e-mail address and profile in order to 
document all that which is required to have an IRC account.

At the end we would probably also document the oftc webchat (on lines of 
freenode and other webchat places)

We could do a brief mention of the bot (or bots) as well as the IRC logs 
that we generate each day,

Umm... apparently now they are getting on the self-signed certificate 
road (50:50 from a privacy perspective) but anyways :-

The wiki article would also need some history about IRC as well, even if 
it's just a paragraph or two.
