wordpress or joomla, no way, Lets just focus on simple wiki only 
Installations. Mediawiki is the most used for wiki pages.
Some other wikis can be found here

Most of the popular sites like elinux.org , wiki.archlinux.org are based 
on Mediawiki. Also including wikipedia.org

And one of favourite wiki site wiki.debian.org is based on 
https://moinmo.in/
We should decide on one of them to be used.
