[Hamara-devel] Hamara Wiki

Thanks a lot Saurabh and Hamara team for getting a proper Wiki up this time 

I still have some issues which should be taken care of.

1. No sign up button on wiki.hamaralinux.org 
   The whole point of setting up the was to let anybody contribute to the documentation of Hamara. If users can't sign up, the old wiki page was enough for documentation.

2. The page hamaralinux.org/wiki should be setup to point to wiki.hamaralinux.org
   Or we can have block of text on hamaralinux.org/wiki to tell the user to go to wiki.hamaralinux.org for more detailed documentation.
