[Hamara-devel] news about education, HR etc. how to deal with it ?

Hi all,
There is and has been lot of news about need of education and lack of 
proper education, trainers as well as desktop and online education being 
looked as answers. Should we just maintain them as links or as .pdf file 
or something. This would definitely come into documentation but also 
help raise our and our client's awareness to issues at stake.

I'm sure there are few trade magazines for education which will also 
help us to be in know what's happening where.

Look forward to feedback and any know-how if anybody knows.
