Hi Jonas,
While Anant and Vikas would probably be the best people to answer this,
some things for sure would be different -
a. Branding of Hamara
b. Softwares which are not in Debian, they may be in wnpp.debian.net or
may not fit Debian as of yet. There are possibility of lot of local
software which people produce experimentally and would like more and
more people to try out.This would require quite a bit of face-to-face
deals and understanding.
c. Localization/Internationalization - Just like Desktop, there may be
value in also localizing/internationalizing quite a bit of the UI of
most of the tools so that you don't need English-speaking System
Administrators which would lower the cost of IT Operations.
As of now, it would probably be more of changing of priorities in Hamara
rather than plain Debian, but the above is probably where they are
thinking of moving. I hope it answers your above query.
