Dear Dishant,

Both Hellios and Satan are English names, we are looking for 
Indian/localized name.

Also 'Phantom' is copyrighted to 'King Features Syndicate' . While I do 
know that Kabir Khan also made 'Phantom' this year, it is possible they 
might have paid some money to King Features as well. Names which are 
copyrighted can easily be enforced.

Nevertheless, good attempt :)
