I hope it was unintended, but I read your posts as focusing on blame.

My point was not to shift blame from the secret cabal to Daniel (or to 
Cyril or LTS team or any other Debian participant), but to try shift 
focus from the players to the game: We are all volunteers, and 
collaboration¹ is king.
