See https://hack.chat/ . The goody is there are no logs, esp. for those 
who are paranoid and have an unpopular view.

To make a new channel just need to add the channel name after ? and it 
fully supports Unicode so I could just make

Just to test it, made

is https://hack.chat/शिरीष

The moment I pass on the URL to others they can join and when I leave 
the channel closes, so sort of disposable chat room.

It doesn't have the niceties that IRC provides but scores over having 
latex support and display.
