Sure is - but does not exist yet.  Might take 6-12 months to get usable 
for non-geeks.

Closest thing available today is, I believe, the ASUS ChromeBook C201.  
It uses ARMv7-based Rockchip SoC, and can be re-flashed with a free 
bootloader.

I bought one recently and intend for it to be my next laptop - have not 
yet had time to get it working with Debian, but will likely bring it 
with me on the trip and try get it working as a concrete task of using 
my Boxer tool to streamline a Debian Blend :-)
