[Hamara-devel] (wiki.hamaralinux.org)file upload limitation

I think size limitation in hamara wiki should be raised from 2MB. Its not
about posting a video or a high res image or a document file but in today's
scenario most of the time will have a file of more than default value of
2MB. Don't understand why the limitation is not increased after wiki
installation.
