​+1 for "Indian English" dictionary. We should *not* modify the existing
dictionary but introduce a new one for "Indian English" which people may
find helpful. And same holds for hindi, Hindi slang dictionary should be
seperate and should not be mixed with the pure Hindi which will be bundled
along with the default OS. We should respect a language and its rules. As
hindi is only spoken within India so there can't be many different flavors
of hindi based on a country and Hindi

have to conform to the rules of "Indian Hindi" only.
