To me it makes sense to register systematically and make usable as
standards format dictionary files not only most mainstream languages but
also Creole, Pidgin and macaronic languages.
If categorized correctly, that will not "spoil" more mainstream
languages.

As I understand it, your suggestion with "Indian English" is to
recognize and register the pidgin (english derivation in India) rather
than the maceronic "Hinglish" (Hindi affected by english).

I agree - and to your (rethorical?) question above, my answer is that
ideally you should be given the choice of correction or support in
pidgin/creole/macaronic languages!
