[Hamara-devel] wiki has a problem with image thumbnails

​Seems like just a configuration issue and there is no need of imagemagick
manipulation explicitly. Mostly in wikis there is a size limit of pictures
or files we can upload or display. If we just change the size limits then
it will fix the problem.

In case of mediawiki the parameters which you should be checking must be​
$wgMaxImageArea and $wgMaxShellMemory in your configuration files.
