[Hamara-devel] Gitlab Registration Issue

There is still some problem.

Gurvinder - I am not able to confirm user from Admin area. If you go to 
admin area under users "without project" you can see Parveen and Mangesh.

As soon as you try to confirm them, getting error 500 can you check that 
please or I'll do it bit later.

Parveen - we are not using SPF and DKIM at the moment.
