[Hamara-devel] password issues on bugzilla 5.0.1 - have to reset passwords every few days.

Dear bugzilla wizards,

We have been having a strange issue with bugzilla. After every few days, 
the cookies for the bugzilla instance expires and we get logged out 
(even though in Firefox the expiry date of the cookie shows up as 1st 
January 2038) but that is not so much the problem.

The problem is after a few days (say 3-4 days) we try to login and we 
are unable to login. We have to use the change password option, let the 
system generate a token for that transaction, make a new password and 
then log in and can login and do our work, but this is again for just 
few days.

Where, what could be going wrong and what we should be looking at to 
find answers.
