Hi all,
Remember I asked if somebody has done some comparisons. I got few
answers on stackexchange where I had also asked the same :-
http://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/37365/have-people-tried-doing-comparisons-between-intel-celeron-and-pi-model-b
Unfortunately it seems the Pi while good is still not enough to be
compared to an Intel Celeron.
I also inquired about whether it was possible to have some sort of
emulation of ARM on x86 or x86_64 but was soundly rejected .
http://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/37371/making-a-vm-to-emulate-the-pi-for-test-and-development
So I'm guessing people are using the armel image of Debian/Ubuntu and
doing whatever it is they have to do on top of that.
