An official distributors in India lists the LIME2 but as preorder, and
price seems too high (oddly same as for LIME2-4GB):

Might be better to buy directly from Olimex (they deliver worldwide but
I am unaware if import tax for India requires special caution):

I believe prices are tied closely to production expenses¹, with price
cuts consequently involving either a) buying in large bulk, b) custom
build with less or cheaper parts, or c) Olimex dropping their profit.
Simplest way to do b) is, as previously suggested, to buy the A20 LIME.
You might also consider their system-on-module boards, but beware they
are *not* OSHW: https://www.olimex.com/Products/SOM/
NB! Olimex are friendly people who blogs and hang out on IRC: I dearly
recommend you to get in touch with them directly to discuss further.
Mail: Click "Make a wish" at bottom of https://www.olimex.com/ :-)
IRC: #olimex at Freenode.net - company owner is Tsvetan

¹ Unlike Raspberry Pi where the Linux-unfriendly SoC make Broadcom
apparently made a special deal, hindering fair competition.
