[Hamara-devel] should we switch over to bugzilla 5.0 ?

I have already tried updating bugzilla after removing testopia. But
testopia had created foreign key sets in database due to which I got the
same error.

Adding foreign key: test_case_components.component_id ->
components.id... DBD::mysql::db do failed: Can't create table
'hamarabugzilla.#sql-65f_79' (errno: 150)
