For the source or even the binary archives, I can easily see and use
the debian use ftp sources apart from http sources.

http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/

This gives enough.

For the boss one , this is what it says about sources.

http://wiki.bosslinux.in/wiki/index.php/Work_on_boss

For all of them http://bosslinux.in/boss is given but as can be seen
it is not publically accessible.

http://bosslinux.in/boss gives a page not found.

Now I don't know what else to make of it.
