Too bad, because most lightweight desktop would use only a single widget 
toolkit - including web browsing - and only Webkit linked against GTK+ 
3.x is really safe to use, I believe (based on a recent blog post laying 
out the status quo of Webkit - sorry, don't remember the URL).

...but a semi-lightweight dual-toolkit (Gtk+ 2.x + Xulrunner) system 
might be doable.  Beware that it would then also need to avoid GStreamer 
(will be only GTK+ 3.x for next stable Debian release).
