My contact with webkit is pretty recent but apart from basic
accessibility, no further work has been done.
And if every thing is going to switch to gtk3 then I think millions of
blind people will have to face a digital blackout for some time till
accessibility comes at power there.
Well a dual approach is what I also recommend.
