[Hamara-devel] An update

Hi Devs,

Sorry it's been quiet for a while, a few of us have been busy on 
commercial projects and that's led to us taking a bit of a hit here!

Anyway, by way of updates:

- I have updated hamara-repo-tools to support automatic building of a 
stretch based repo. This means we can keep our sugam repo in sync with 
upstream.

- Amar has created a new signing key and fixed the gpg error that people 
see in the main hamara repo.

- We have replaced our previous (custom) method of pushing packages into 
the repo with dupload

- Raju has built packages for mint installer

I will push the mint installer packages into the repo as soon as the 
sync from upstream is complete.

The next tasks are then to:

- replace lxde with mate
- build a new iso.
