[Hamara-devel] Clear Out Sugam Bugtracker

There are a lot of old bugs relating to previous builds / versions /
approaches with hamara sugam.

Now that we have a pre alpha which is based on the new approach (debian
base + Mate Desktop) should we clear the bug tracker of old issues?

I think it would help streamline the development moving forward.
