[Hamara-devel] Hamara Sugam Pre Alpha release

Hi Guys,

Hope everyone is doing fine. Happy to see the Pre-alpha released. 
I was looking at the blog page and found out no new article has been posted since very long. I think this release note can very much be a blog post.
