I made changes in my repo [1] and uses hamara-mate-meta as you
suggested . Changes will be reflected in upstream hamara-developers
repo [2].<br>
Clone the hamara-packages repo and make required changes . I added
gnome-orca as of now.<br>

If the latter is the case then we need to add gnome-orca,

Currently we are working on hamara sugam which is
in pre-alpha stage .It will be very helpful if you
give us feedback by testing ISO [1] .<br>
Also , we really need suggestions on localization ,
accessibility part .<br>
I haven't updated Documentation repo [2] , I will do
ASAP.<br>
