We got community spaces in PyCon India. Is anybody coming to the event 
to help out with the stall?

Hi,

Thanks for registering for Community Spacesat PyCon India 2018. We are 
happy to host you, Hamara Linux, at PyCon India 2018and have allocated 
the following slot:

Date: 7th Oct

Slot: 2 PM - 6 PM

Please reply to this email to confirm your slot before 3rd Oct, 2018.

The following would be provided to you, when you arrive:

  * A Stall of size 2 meters x 1 meter. It includes the following
      o Table
      o Plug point
      o Carpet
      o Lights
  * Facility to hang your posters/banner within the stall

Apart from these if you need anything else, please let us know so that 
we can arrange the same ahead of time.

Few things to remember, while you are at the conference:

Be on time (For the morning slots, the stalls will be provided by 7 AM)

    Never leave your stall empty. Make good use of the time provided.

    Don’t disturb the layout of stalls. If you need anything, please
    reach out to the organizers.

  *

    During the conference, remember you cannot promote any other
    organization, except the community you are representing.
